Small quarto, 28.5 cm x 22 cm, 160 pp. This copy is signed by the author on the title page and is the first edition, second revised printing of this work. There is some minor stains on the front cover and a small puncture on the hinge of the cover. There is a small one inch gouge on the bottom of the spine and a faint stain on the upper right corner of the back cover. There is also a scuff on the top of the back cover.
