Small quarto, 25 cm x 20.5 cm, 440 pp. This edition comes with a slip case that has some wear on the panels from shelf wear with some color chipping, however the case is still in tact. There is an inch and a half part of the top of the case that has been scraped but the red color remains vibrant. The book has an ex libris stamp in black ink on the bottom of the fore-edge and inner front cover. There is a quarter inch cloth spine with paper boards along with a purple top fore-edge. This edition has more than 2,500 stated entries.
