Some soiling to the covers. Tearing at the hinges and the binding is a bit weak in volume 2 but holding.
There is some damp staining to the bottom edges of about half of the pages in volume one, and to just a few pages in volume 2. Volume 1 is fairly faded. Fair. Item #89654
