A., 1908-11. Princeton University, A.B., 1917. War record: First Lieut. 67th Infantry, Camp Sheridan. Married. Writer. Address: c/o Charles Scribner's Sons, 597-5th Ave., New York, NY. In Hollywood Now." Fitzgerald attended St. Paul Academy where "he dreamed of becoming a famous and sucessful writer like Booth Tarkington". However, his grades were so poor that at a family conference it was decided that he was going to be shipped off to Newman School in New Jersey.
