This is the "Standard Edition" of the second edition, bound in colored cloth with outer cover designs, limited to 750 copies. Fold-out map in rear. Two tipped-in photographs. Most pages illuminated by N. Strekalowsky. The artists M. Fisher, H. Bindhart, and E. Kassessinoff also contributed. Large book plate on front fixed endpaper, as issued. Spine is worn and has a small hole, chipping to spine label. Several pages have impressions and residue from paper clips. Rear gutter starting opposite the map. Good. Item #73236
