Map itself calls inself a fourth edition but the wrappers call it a fifth edition. 28 x 22.5 inches unfolded. There is soiling to the back of the map, it is somewhat noticable to the front. Tiny tears at some of the folds, overall nice looking map. Wrappers are quite worn. Good. Item #70636
