Quarto. 404pp, 407pp. Bound into full red leather with 5 raised bands to spine and gilt spine lettering. Marble endpapers. Gilt top foredges. 60 plates as well as a table (vol 1 p 314-315), and a fold-out plan (vol 2 p 360-361). Several of the plates are followed by a duplicate of the same plate including views 1, 27, 30, 31, and vignettes 14 and 16. Rubbing to the edges of the covers, especially at the front hinges.
