Ice Walk published by the 13th annual Minnesota Center for Book Arts, a commissioned series celebrating and embodying the rich creative potential of book art. Text by judith Guest provides conceptual basis for the work, featuring a collaborative collation of visual interpretations by nine innovative artists and printmakers. Michael Lizama designed the book under the direction of MCBA Artistic Director Mary Jo Pauly. Jana Lee Pullman letterpress printed the text on Mohawk Superfine paper with the assistance of interns Linda Byrne, Gretchen Hooker, Todd Rychener, Michael Savona, and Laurel Zastrow; type is monotype Garamond set by Michael Bixler. Visual interpretations by Charles Cohan, Phyllis McGibbon, Jack Molloy, Jeffrey Morin, Katherine Ng, Bonnie O'Connell, Dennis Ruud, Champe Smith, Barbara Tetenbaum.
